To book a class you can contact us directly to arrange a class by telephone or email.
In order to maintain the intimate feel of our classes we only have 10 people per Cookschool. Maybe you and your friends may wish to fill a complete class. If you would like to bring a class of 10 on a specific date then feel free to contact us and we will see if Graham is available for your class.
Classes are for the full day starting at 9.30am and finishing at 5.pm, the cost being $230 per person including Gst and beverages. The classes include a full menu with appropriate wines to match.
All you need to bring is a good appetite and a thirst for knowledge, we provide the rest.
To get the best out of the day we need a full class of 10, should we not fill the classes for a specific date we may need to change your booking to the next available class.
If you can’t attend a class you’re booked for, you may send a replacement. Please let us know that person's name. If you don’t have a substitute, contact us as early as possible. There is often a waiting list for classes, so we may be able to arrange a replacement for you. However, if your place is left empty on the day, there will be no refund of the class fee.
Sometimes we have to cancel or change a class. In that event, participants will be invited to transfer their booking to another class or receive a full refund.
